Pneumatic bulk transport

Our pneumatic bulk trailers have a capacity ranging from 37 m³ to 42 m³. These trailers are particularly suited for powdered construction materials such as cement, lime, filler, chalk, fly ash, anhydrite and similar products. Loading takes place by opening one or more hatches on top of the bulk vehicle. All trailers are fitted with a fold-up railing on top to ensure maximum safety for personnel during loading.

How does unloading work?

Unloading is carried out using air pressure from the truck's compressor, which forces the product through multiple hoppers on the underside of the trailer to the outlet at the rear, from where it is blown into a silo. Because construction products often have a high specific gravity, a trailer with a relatively small capacity is sufficient. This keeps the tare weight as low as possible, thereby achieving the highest possible payload.

Great attention is paid in our company to the unloading process. In particular, our measure that prevents a hose from coming loose during unloading has been extremely successful.

The operating area for our pneumatic bulk trailers covers mainly Germany, Belgium, France and the Netherlands.
