How does loading and unloading work with pneumatic bulk trailers?

Great attention is paid in our company to the unloading process. Our commitment to relieving customers of having to provide their own unloading staff is particularly valued. The operating area for our pneumatic bulk trailers covers mainly Germany, Belgium, France and the Netherlands.

Unloading takes place by tipping the trailer so the product flows into the hopper at the rear, and also by using a compressor to pressurise the load, making the product "fluid" with air before it is blown into a silo. All transport equipment is manufactured from high-grade aluminium to keep the tare weight of the tractor-trailer combination as low as possible — enabling us to carry as much product as possible per shipment for our clients, achieving the most competitive rate.

We use the larger tipping bulk trailers for products with a low specific gravity. These are often products where the tank, fittings and hoses must be 100% cleaned before every loading.

We deploy the smaller tipping bulk trailers for products with a high specific gravity. For us these are often products that are directly or indirectly related to construction materials. The transport of dried sand is also an activity to which we devote considerable attention.

Great attention is paid in our company to the unloading process. In particular, our measure that prevents a hose from coming loose during unloading has been extremely successful.

Loading of the trailers takes place by opening one or more hatches on top of the bulk vehicle. All trailers are fitted with a fold-up railing on top to ensure maximum safety for personnel during loading.
